Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original RoadRunner Scooters packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until we confirm that your refund has been processed.
